Enhancements

Zip restores more resilient

Zip-based restores will no longer fail entirely if individual files cannot be processed.
Instead, the restore continues and logs warnings for any skipped files.

Fixes

Backups hanging on macOS: Resolved issues where macOS backups could stall when encountering certain file metadata or iCloud-synced folders.
Backups hanging on Windows: Resolved issues where Windows backups could stall when encountering certain NTFS folder types or during internal database operations.
Persistent backup errors from legacy file metadata: Resolved an issue where previously backed-up files with unsupported metadata could cause repeated errors on subsequent backups.
