ConnectWise Automate logs
ConnectWise Automate logs are stored on the protected machine in the provided locations. They may be requested for troubleshooting issues with the integration.

- Datto SIRIS
Log locations 
Logs are stored on the Automate server and are located in the C:\Windows\Temp\ConnectWise Automate Plugins folder.
When troubleshooting ConnectWise Automate issues, Datto Technical Support will ask you for some or all of the following logs:
BCDR issues
C:\Windows\Temp\ConnectWise Automate Plugins\DattoBCDR
- DattoBCDRDebug.log
- DattoBCDRError.log
- DattoBCDRInfo.log
Networking issues
C:\Windows\Temp\ConnectWise Automate Plugins\DattoNetworking
- DattoNetworkDebug.log
- DattoNetworkError.log
- DattoNetworkInfo.log
Backup issues
