Datto Partner Portal: Paused Offsite Server Alerting

This article describes the alerts that appear in the BCDR Status section of the Datto Partner Portal if the offsite servers to which Datto agents sync data are paused.

Description
In addition to taking local backups, Datto devices sync data from protected machines to servers in the Datto Cloud. If the server to which a Datto agent syncs is paused for maintenance, that offsite sync may fall behind. If that happens, an alert in the Datto Partner Portal informs you that the offsite server is paused.
Viewing the alert
From the Datto Partner Portal, click the Status tab, then select BCDR Status from the drop-down menu.
In the device list, alerts appear in a color-coded circle next to the Datto appliance's device name. The number in the circle represents how many alert conditions exist.
If this is the only alert condition, Datto appliances syncing to paused offsite servers will have a yellow circle next to their device name. Hovering over the circle will bring up the alert message.
If multiple alert conditions exist, the offiste sever maintenance alert will appear inline with the other alerts.
