Datto Partner Portal: Viewing canceled devices

This article discusses how to see your canceled devices in the Datto Partner Portal.

Description

In order to improve your device management on the BCDR Status page, we have added a filter to let you readily view your inventory of canceled devices.

Procedure

  1. In the Datto Partner Portal, click the Status tab, then select BCDR Status from the drop-down menu.

  1. Click the Filter menu, then the Show canceled devices only check box to show canceled devices instead of ones with the active subscription.
