How do I change my subscription type?


This article explains how to change the subscription time period for a Datto Endpoint Backup for PCs agent.


  • Datto Endpoint Backup for PCs


You can change your subscription type via the Datto Partner Portal as follows:

  1. From the top navigation bar, navigate to Status > Datto Endpoint Backup Status.
  2. Locate the listing for the agent you wish to update and click the drop-down arrow on the far right.
  3. Select Change Subscription from the drop down menu.
  4. Under the Select New Subscription drop down menu, choose the subscription time frame.
  5. Click Confirm to confirm the change.

You will see a success confirmation message displayed to confirm your change.

If there are no licenses available for the subscription, you will receive an error message alert.You can purchase additional licenses via the Status page.
