Performing a File Restore for Datto Endpoint Backup with Disaster Recovery

This article describes how to mount a file restore for Datto Enpoint Backup for Servers (formerly Endpoint Backup for Servers) in the Partner Portal.
Environment
- Datto Endpoint Backup with Disaster Recovery
Description
- From the Partner Portal access the BCDR Status page from the Status Tab at the top of the page. Click on the side menu and choose the Recovery Launchpad option
- Select Start Restore under File Restore
- Choose the agent and then click on the date to choose which recovery point you want for the restore and then Select Create File Restore
- You will then be brought back to the Recovery Launchpad page. Select the cloud under the Browse option
- This will show you the Browse File Restore options. SFTP Export will allow you to access the File Restore over your preferred SFTP Client.
- Choosing the Launch File Browser will allow you to access the File Restore directly in your browser to download the files and folders you need to restore
