The following chart displays Datto device models that have limits on the number of agents that you can add, and what those limits are.

NOTE Archived and paused agents count toward the total number of agents on your Datto device.
NOTE While the S3X1 may be physically capable of hosting an archived agent in addition to a live agent, it could be a violation of your service agreement and should not be done without first contacting your Datto Sales executive.
NOTE Unlike SIRIS 3 X, the newer SIRIS 4 X series and Siris 5X appliances do not have agent limits; however, certain per agent billing terms may apply. Contact your Datto Sales Executive for more information on per agent billing considerations.
