Issue
Screenshot Verification fails with the error, "The system is pending an update. Complete the update process and reboot to ensure successful screenshots."
Environment

Cause
Windows updates have run on the protected machine and require that the computer be rebooted to complete.

Resolution
- Reboot the protected machine at a time that will least impact production.
- Run a new screenshot on the next backup to confirm you have resolved the issue.
