New features
Cancel recovery operations
You can now cancel restore and export operations that are in progress or paused.
On the Recovery Operations screen, select Cancel from the row actions menu for the operation you want to cancel.
Enhancements
Real-time restore status
Restore statuses now update in real time, providing immediate feedback for canceled and failed states.
For details, see Recovery operations.
Agent authentication and stability
The backup agent now automatically re-authenticates when a session expires and recovers more smoothly from temporary service interruptions, reducing failed backup attempts and improving fleet stability.
System performance and monitoring
Multiple backend optimizations have been implemented to reduce system load and disk activity, improving overall platform responsiveness.
Monitoring efficiency has also been enhanced to support faster issue detection.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where backups on macOS could fail when processing files in cloud storage folders or stall when encountering files with very long names.
- Resolved an issue where certain linked file structures could cause backups to stop making progress.
- Fixed a memory leak where the backup agent could gradually increase memory usage while idle.
- Improved network efficiency by resolving a condition where agents performed unnecessary configuration checks and sync activity.
- Resolved an issue where browsing restore points for devices with a large number of files could result in a "failed to retrieve directory listing" error.
- Fixed an issue where ZIP restore progress could remain stuck at 0% or stay in an "In Progress" status after a failure.
- Resolved a failure that occurred when downloading certain Windows file types during a single file restore.
- Fixed a tooltip error where recovery point download links incorrectly displayed a "data not available" message.
- Resolved a rare condition where duplicate device registrations could impact other devices on the same node.
