Storage Migration feature maintenance.

The Device Migration feature is no longer under maintenance. For more information on this, please refer to: Self-Service Device Migration.

The Storage Migration feature on BCDR devices have entered a Maintenance Phase as of the release of IRIS 4.12.5.in March of 2022.

What is a Maintenance Phase?

Storage Migration features will be turned off and unavailable in the user interface.
Datto will roadmap future improvements and bug fixes for the features to be re-released.

The Datto Support Team will continue to provide reasonable effort, including:

Assistance in manually performing storage upgrades/repairs using established internal processes.
